Four engagement models, in sequence or on their own

Most clients start with an assessment and stop there until the backlog justifies going further. That is a legitimate outcome and we will say so.

    Agentic readiness assessment

    We map your current processes, data quality and system boundaries, then rank candidate workflows by how much manual handling they carry and how cleanly an agent could take them on.

Three commitments that shape every engagement

  • We start with the process, not the model

    The hard part of an agent is never the model. It is knowing which step actually carries the manual load, what “correct” means for it, and who owns the exception. We map that before writing anything.

  • We do not require you to switch ERP

    HelixERP is a product we sell, but it is not a prerequisite. Most engagements deploy agents against the system already in place. Replacing it is an option we will tell you when you do not need.

  • We hand over what we build

    Runbooks, evaluation harnesses and the reasoning behind every threshold go to your team. An engagement that leaves you unable to change an agent without us has failed.
